How it works

Mount a screen (or several) in your storefront window, facing the street. Each screen shows a featured property — photo, price, key details, contact info. When a property sells, swap it for a new one in seconds from your desk.

What to show

Use the Title Slide template with a property photo as the background. The title shows the address or neighbourhood. The subtitle shows the price and key details — "3 bed · 2 bath · 95m² · €285,000". Clean, readable from the sidewalk.

Advantages over printed cards

Printed property cards take time to design, print, and mount. When a property sells, you have to physically remove it and replace it. With digital screens, the update takes 30 seconds. You can also show properties after dark — backlit screens are visible when paper cards aren't.

Multiple screens

Most agencies have 4-8 property cards in their window. Replace each with a small screen, or use one large screen that cycles through properties. Each property is its own screen with its own URL. Manage them all from one dashboard.

Attracting foot traffic
