How coworking spaces use digital screens for member experience
Welcome screens, room availability, event boards, and community announcements — all from one tool.
Coworking spaces are built on community and communication. Digital screens help with both — they welcome visitors, announce events, and keep members informed without cluttering the space with paper.
Welcome screen at reception
A screen behind the front desk showing "Welcome to [Space Name]" with today's date and a list of the day's events or visitors. Use the Title Slide template with a background image of the space. Update it each morning — or leave it as a permanent welcome.
Event board in the common area
Workshops, happy hours, lunch-and-learns — coworking spaces run events constantly. A screen in the kitchen or lounge area shows this week's events. Use the Announcement template. Members check it while getting coffee.
Meeting room availability
A small screen or tablet outside each meeting room showing the current booking status. "Available" in green, or "Meeting in progress — free at 3:00 PM" in the accent color. Use the Announcement template with minimal content.
Community metrics
Show how the community is growing: number of members, companies in the space, events this month, countries represented. Use the Stats template. It builds pride and gives visitors a sense of the community's scale.
The branded touch
Every screen carries your brand — your colors, your font, your style. Use a custom theme that matches your space's aesthetic. It makes the space feel more polished and intentional.
