These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Screens by thosekids.studio ("the Service"), operated by Those Kids Creative Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Screens by thosekids.studio is a web-based digital signage tool that allows you to create content screens, customize their appearance, and display them on monitors and TVs via public URLs. The Service is provided over the internet and requires no software installation.
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By making a screen "live", you acknowledge that its content will be accessible via a public URL. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Each screen you publish receives a permanent public URL. Anyone with the URL can view the content. We do not provide password protection for display URLs in the free plan. You are responsible for controlling who has access to your display URLs.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and force majeure events may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
The Service offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with additional capabilities. We will notify existing users of any changes to pricing or plan structure with at least 30 days' notice.
Free accounts are provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of continuity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free tier — including deletion of free account data, screens, and display URLs — at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason. Free accounts should not be relied upon for critical or permanent use. If you require guaranteed availability and data retention, a paid plan is recommended.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but do not guarantee against data loss. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Those Kids Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@thosekids.studio. Upon deletion, your screens and content will be permanently removed.
We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Girona, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence provide otherwise.
