Digital displays for gyms and fitness studios: schedules, motivation, and branding
How fitness businesses use screens to show class schedules, motivational content, and member announcements.
Walk into any modern gym and you'll see screens everywhere — behind the front desk, in the lobby, in the studio rooms. They show class schedules, trainer profiles, motivational quotes, and membership offers. Here's how to set them up.
Class schedule at the entrance
The most common use. A screen by the front door shows today's classes with times, instructors, and room numbers. Use the Stats template with each class as a metric, or the Announcement template for a simpler list. When a class gets cancelled or a sub comes in, update it from the front desk.
Motivational quotes in the workout area
A large screen in the weight room or cardio area showing rotating motivational quotes. Use the Quote template. Change the quote daily or weekly to keep it fresh. Members notice — and some will even mention it.
Membership promotions in the lobby
A screen in the waiting area showing current promotions — "Bring a friend this month and get 20% off." Use the Announcement template with a bold headline. Update it as offers change.
Why it works for fitness
Gyms have dead screen real estate everywhere — TVs showing news channels that nobody watches. Replace one of those with a class schedule or a promotion and it immediately works harder for your business.
