Free event lineup screen for festivals, venues, and conferences
Enter up to 8 acts or speakers with times and get a clean schedule display for your event screens.
Every event with multiple sessions needs a schedule screen. The audience needs to know what's happening, when, and where. A printed schedule works until something changes — then it's wrong and you can't fix it.
How it works
Open the Event Lineup Screen. Enter your event name, then add up to 8 acts or sessions. Each one gets a time, a name, and an optional stage/room label. The tool sorts them by time automatically.
Where to display it
Festival entrance — A large screen showing today's lineup. Attendees check it on the way in.
Conference lobby — "Happening now" and "Up next" are the two things people want to know between sessions.
Venue hallways — Place screens at decision points: "Main Stage → left, Workshop Room → right".
Clean design
The schedule renders on a dark background with times in the accent color, act names in large white text, and optional stage badges. Alternating row backgrounds make it scannable from across a room. It's designed for readability at distance.
For larger events
8 acts is enough for a day view. If you need multiple days, multiple stages, or real-time schedule changes, sign up for the full product and create multiple screens — one per stage, one per day, each with its own URL.
